I just started a routine for myself aswell. I made a daily planner that starts from 12am to 12pm. It has helped me really keep how I use my time within my day more more organized. I now do not see my self using as many distractions as I use to. Kind of like social media. The only time I use social media is when I am going to post something. You got to learn how to work for your self. And treat everything like a job first before you treat it like a business. Time is the most valuable thing we have. And their no getting it back. So use it wisely!
